CNAM
I am trying to get the CNAM changed. My rep Hannah Lineback has ignored me for weeks now. The person who was supposed to handle her account while she was out of the office also has ignored me. I have tried to call into the 800 number but they can’t seem to understand what I’m saying. Updating it on the website with each individual phone doesn’t work. I would’ve been better off going with a personal account.
