Check mobile phone purchase certificate
How can I check the purchase certificate of the mobile phone? I only have the phone number and the mobile phone serial code, the previous voucher is lost and can't be found! What should I do to find it! ?

You mean a receipt?
There is no "certificate". And voucher doesn't compute either.
Explain what it is you're trying to do and then those two words might connect with something 'American' that makes sense here.
Did you buy the phone from AT&T?

Then ask AT&T. Either the store where you made your purchase, or call. AT&T can often reprint your receipt
