Charged for returned phone
We returned a phone under warranty and AT&T refuses to credit my account. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone in January and was told by rep that the phone was found and I would receive full credit. I called in February when I did not receive credit on my bill. Was on the line for 1.5 hours again and was told they did not have the phone and I would not receive the refund. We have been AT&T customers for over 30 years..I am ready to cancel my account.
