Change email ID

My email is my ID and I need to change it to my new email address

Hi, @rosalescg040962,

 

We'd love to help with this. You can change your ID within your myAT&T account. Follow these steps: 

 

  1. Go to Profile>Sign-in Info.
  2. Select Change your user ID.
  3. Enter your new ID.
  4. Check the box to save your ID, if available.
  5. Save your changes.
