Change account manager

We're missing some information here. Are you referring to a prepaid multi-line plan or a postpaid plan?

In both cases, one person is paying the bill for everyone. In the case of a post paid plan, one person is the account owner and the only way to change ownership of the account is to do a transfer of billing responsibility. The new account owner must pass a credit check.

If this is prepaid, prepaid multi-line is administered by one person and everyone else joins By Invitation.  The only way to undo this is for each person to be returned to a single user and remain a single user for 30 days. And then whoever is chosen to be the new administrator invites each of the lines to join the prepaid multi-line

Okay I am the account owner the bill is in my name, however I was letting a friend use the phone so they had the billing and account info for their stuff but I also added a line and want to take control over the entire account so it has my info on it.
