Cellular Connection/Service connection

I have a top teir phone, and at the beginning my service was good, not great, but better than Sprint, which is where I switched from. Now I have had my service nearing 2 yrs and my connection and service is gotten worse and worse. It really took a dive for the worst when they decided to upgrade to 5G. I honestly think they prematurely did this to beat other competitors to the punch. Because I have had nothing but crap for service since. I can be in the middle of my city, which is Louisville, or smack dab in the middle of the best possible service area for att and my text spin and spin and spin. Most of the time, spin until they fail to be sent. Not a huge issue with dropped calls but I have had them. But not being able to connect at the speed promised and often times get a failed connection when trying do stuff on web. I won't even mention the service indoors and that's anywhere, even in my house, which is smack dab in the middle of my large city. I am so aggregated and annoyed. Service was way better and faster on 4G. I've had metro PCS and was way better than this, and I'm being serious. And my thoughts are to switch to them or TMobile once this contract is up. So so disappointed, especially since I pay 190 a month for 2 lines and that's with a discount for being a veteran. Oh let me throw in that yes I have constantly reset my network connection and constantly restarting my phone, over n over n over.
