Carlton: Was suppose to be returned to my former account but instead sent here
I was misled into joining FirstNet and leaving my original AT&T plan because I was told there was a health care discount amidst the pandemic. The plan has charged me more and I was suppose to be returned to my original AT&T account. I had been a loyal customer, a part of AT&T's original first unlimited plan, so for many years have been with AT&T's unlimited plan. Now I've been transferred to some other AT&T plan (from firstnet) instead of back to my original AT&T plan, as promised, that I was on before firstnet.
AT&T has not been completely transparent and the amount of time I've had to spend on this is awful. My wireless service/reception was excellent before if I can't be returned to it then I'd rather leave AT&T entirely for Verizon.

I don't know why someone would have moved you to firstnet which is strictly a governments sponsored network, and only First Responders are eligible to be on it. AT&T can't shoehorn in someone who's not eligible. It's just not possible.
AT&T regular unlimited plans, Elite, extra, and starter are eligible for a 25% off discount if you are a doctor, a nurse, or a physician's assistant. I don't know what part of healthcare service you are in, but if you are one of those three you can apply for the discount off of your current plan
