Can't upload my deployment orders

I am currently deployed.  I provided ATT with my deployment orders before my deployment.  I went home for Christmas and turned my phone on for three weeks.  I then called ATT when I left and told them to put my phone back on military suspension.  No one told me I had to upload my orders again.  I called ATT and they told me that yes I need to upload my orders again.  I went into my family plan account and everyone's line, except mine, is listed so there is no way for me to upload my orders.  I tried the chat function, but that was no help.  What next?

If you expand the first of the frequently asked questions it has all the information out how to submit your deployment orders. Deployment orders for the military cancel your service, not suspend, with number held for up to 39 months. You'll want to save this information for your next visit home, and next deployment
