Can't Start New Service - Order keeps getting canceled
I have tried to order new SIM cards to transfer my two lines to AT&T about 5 times now and my order keeps getting canceled. It keeps saying they can't verify it's me placing the order. I was told I needed to go through a verification process (as I have experienced ID fraud before), I called and spent a good amount of time on the phone with the agent. I was told I passed verification only to have my order canceled again. I am trying to take an advantage of an online deal but I keep getting my order canceled and told to go to a store so that I can't take advantage of the special deal. I am seriously having doubts about switching to AT&T and need someone to help remedy this situation ASAP.
