Can't pay online

Website don't work. Can't login, pay a bill without signin.

Can't call to support because I don't speak English.

  1. Are you seeing an error on the website when you try to make your payment? If so, what is the error you are seeing?
  2. Have you tried accessing the website on another device or browser?

You can pay your bill without logging in using Fast Pay.

I also can’t pay my bill without logging in using Fast Pay. I tried. I don’t remember the number of mistake. I visited AT&T store. An employee told me that he can’t help me. He told I need to call to support. But my English is bad and I don’t understand what they say when I call to support. By writing here I use Google translator, so I can understand what do you write.

Are you prepaid? Prepaid users must pay for service before they can use their phone .

Prepaid does not get a bill, but you may get a refill notice every 30 days.  Prepaid logs into the pay go online website with your 10-digit phone number, alphanumeric password.  If you have forgotten your alphanumeric password, click on forgot password and you can reset it via text message

Or postpaid? Postpaid gets a regular bill on the same day every month. The bill is due in approximately 21 days after the bill notification.

If you are a postpaid customer try using the Myatt application on your phone. You should receive a two-factor authentication code in order to log in.

I tried to login but it’s not working. I don’t know I prepaid or postpaid. I think second because I got two bills. ATT app also can’t login. I can’t receive sms because I don’t have network signal. Only sos. I didn’t use att sim for two months. I didn’t pay to att no one time.  I’ll not speak in private massages. Answer to your massage: delete cookies 🤣 I deleted cookies, I deleted browser history, delete all family photos, reset phone to default settings, I delete the phone, the same I did on my computer I even deleted letters from my keyboard. I think you don’t understand what need to do and say to me do all things you know. It’s like a standard phrases what everybody can hear when calling to support. I was in store and the employees can’t see my account. I showed them my bills, my phone - my account blocked or something like this. Last bill I need to pay is 560$. I bought SIM card in august this year, use it one month and change operator to T-mobile in September.
