cannot see phone information, or account for my new phone service.
When asked to log in, it directs me to my DirecTV account does not show my new phone or the service I now have with AT&T

If you're trying to sign in to your account using a browser, try clearing your cache and cookies.
Also, you can sign in through the myAT&T app to manage your account. Make sure to use the right ID with the right account.
