cannot see phone information, or account for my new phone service.

When asked to log in, it directs me to my DirecTV account does not show my new phone or the service I now have with AT&T

Hello phyllisbessey, we're here to help you view your phone and account information with your new service.


If you're trying to sign in to your account using a browser, try clearing your cache and cookies


Also, you can sign in through the myAT&T app to manage your account. Make sure to use the right ID with the right account.


Get the myAT&T app for your device:

  • Go to on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Text the word myATT to 556699 from any device. We’ll send you a link so you can download the app.
  • Sign in to the app with the same ID and password you use to manage your account on—your AT&T user ID and password.
