Cannot order a new phone.

I tried ordering a new phone, as my iPhone 7 is on its last leg and I need a new phone before works starts up, tried starting a wireless line on AT&T to get away from MetroPCS, and ran a credit check online and it all checked out, and then my order was canceled because they “could not verify my identity”, and I haven’t been able to contact anyone about the situation.

Happens a lot. Order with curbside pick up so they can check ID in person.
