Cannot add a new line: "Your current plan is full"


I spent (or wasted) 3 hours with different support people today. Trying to add a new line for my son but on step "Select your wireless plan" I am getting "Your current plan is full". I have just 3 lines on my "Mobile Share" plan.


Does anybody have any idea why?

We'd like to look into why you're unable to add an additional line to your account.


With more details, we'll be able to better assist:

  • Have you made a visit to your nearest AT&T retail store for assistance?
  • Have you tried adding the line from a different browser or device?
  • Have you made the attempt to add an additional line more than once and received the same error message?
