Cancelled order bad service
I recently made a purchase online for 2 iPhones the representative repeated the order back and everything well the next morning I'm looking everything over and notice she put in the wrong phones so we call them and they advise us to cancel well we did charges are still pending from my bank unfortunately because of the representative... So we decide to replace the order ourselves online it advised us to call so we did. Then they talked us into getting the buy one get one iPhone with direct tv they signed us up we received our account number etc.. then they said we would have to call back an hour for the phones .. ok whatever so the next day we call they say now we have to pay 30% down on installment which before we only had to pay cell phone taxes we asked why they kept transferring to different departments getting the run around ... then someone tells us it's because we cancelled!!! Really your representative advised us that's the best way ... it's been a horrible experience so unprofessional and wrongly trained.. I thought the company I was switching from was bad !
