Cancelled my paid for order

I got an email saying they could not verify my identity when I could have scanned my ID EASILY. THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY DAUGHTER SO I WAS SENDING IT TO HER HOUSE. IDK IF THIS IS WHY IT WAS CANCELLED I AM VERY UPSET

So yes that's exactly why it was cancelled. Typically you have to have the device shipped to the billing address on file for the order to process. Best advice: go into a store for purchase and then overnight it to your daughter
