Cancelled line next day after activation but charging me


I had to cancel my line next day after activation. While cancelling line customer representative person told me that you will not be charged anything as cancelled the line before 3 days but i got the bill for full month. Now ATT asking me to pay for full month. 

I used ATT for many year this time service is very poor. Any help ?

This is a customer populated community forum. Not AT&T support.

If you called AT&T to cancel a line that you opened the day before, there should have been no charges. Do you have an email confirmation of the cancellation? you'll need that
