Cancellation of wireless account

I moved apartments and I wanted to transfer landline and internet.  The Internet was transferred ok but not upgraded, which is fine for now. But when trying to transfer the landline number to a wireless account with AT&T it did not work.  So I canceled the wireless and number.  I have a cell phone with another company anyway.   Do I have to return the sim card they sent me because it never worked?  I spent a long time on calls to AT&T regarding these issues but I never got a satisfactory response.  They guaranteed that they would cancel the wireless and that would not affect my internet account.  But so far nothing has been canceled. I don't have that number or a phone with them, just the internet. I would send them a letter to get all the facts in writing, but I don't have a mailing address.  Now I received a projected bill for wireless for a big amount and I don't even have a phone with them.

I did, and I guess I will do it again.  Very bad customer service which is difficult to reach.

We want to help check if your account is scheduled for cancelation @wonufo, and if not, we'll be happy to do so for you. We want to continue this in a DM, so please check the blue message icon at the top of the screen for our message.

In the meantime, you won't need to send the SIM card you received back to us. You can also call us about this, just like our ACE @formerlyknownas mentioned.

We'll be sending a DM here soon, and look forward to hearing from you then.
