Cancel plan and return phone

I switched to AT&T because I needed a new phone and wanted to add cellular to an Apple Watch. Well, apparently I live in an area with terrible coverage. I don’t get service to my watch on my own property and my phone has SO MANY dead spots. It’s absolutely terrible. I want to return the phone and cancel the plan.

Cannot say this more emphatically, RETURN DEVICES FIRST.
Make sure you have account number and pin code to port your number out.
