Cancel a New Order for New Plan

I ordered a new plan for my cell services today but I decided to cancel the order immediately. Can I send an email message to ATT to confirm the cancellation?

Hi @T_C, we'll get you pointed in the right direction with cancelling a new order for a new plan. 

If you immediately cancelled the order then the order probably hasn't been shipped. You may have received order details before you cancelled. You can check out Cancel or update a wireless order page that includes the following steps:  

  • Go to Check order status 
  • Enter the requested info.
  • Select the order you want to cancel.
  • Choose Cancel order or Cancel item. Don’t see a cancel option? That means your order probably shipped already. You can still return or exchange it after it's delivered.
  • Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

At&t doesn't use email for contact.   You'll have to call. 1.800.331.0500 

If your order has already been shipped, ask them if they can have FedEx or UPS return the package. Make sure you follow up to cancel service within 3 days
