I’d be happy to help with your messaging concerns!
There is no way for another user on your account to view messaging contents from one of the lines. The only way to view text messages other than on the device itself would be via AT&T Messages Backup and Sync which syncs your texts online. This is a service which must be added by the user, and cannot be accessed without also having the device for the line to receive a security code to login.

does this have to be turned on, on the physical phone or can it just be turned on by whoever has the att account
