Can I put my account balance towards an upgrade or something else?

Besides refills, what else can I use my balance for? Can I use the money in there to upgrade

Hi there @jayloe357

I’d be happy to help with ways to use your GoPhone balance! Your current account balance can be used for rate plan renewals/purchases, feature/package purchases or if you have a rate plan based on usage, for example; our 10c per minute plan, your balance would be used based on this usage.
