To get started, we'll ask a few questions:

  • Was the BYOD offer processed online, in-store, or by phone? 
  • Have you followed the requirements of porting in a new line with an eligible postpaid wireless plan w/BYOD?
  • When did you start the BOYD promotion?

I have done all of the above on 2 lines. I still haven’t received any promotional email or physical mail regarding this. Already paid my first bill on time.
