bought in buy one get one , but charging for both phones

I bought my iphone in buy one get one promotion in ATT store. ATT still charging for me, it is been a 7 now. ATT store guy gave credit 8 months  and now ATT store guy saying he can not give any credits because ATT blocking from giving the credits.I have been costomer with att for more than 10 years.Looks like we can not trust ATT anymore.I called around 10 times ATT customer they not responding properly.

I’m very familiar with the promotion you’re referencing.  I would have taken advantage of it exactly how you did, so I understand where you’re coming from.  I apologize for this mix-up, and I would love to help get down to the bottom of this.
