Blank text message number on bill

While looking at my detailed online bill when I pull up the usage I see a text but the number and the sent/or received icon are not showing. Why would this happen? Is it one of my blocked numbers trying to text me?

Hey there!

 

Try resolving your experience by scrolling to the top of your online bill and changing the Show field to multimedia messaging and View Details By field to Text/Data.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We understand that you aren't able to see the details of one of the texts in your detailed billing feature. Are all of the others numbers/icons showing properly on other texts/calls? Also, blocked numbers would still show up properly on your detailed billing. Please provide a bit more information for us, so we can determine what's going on.

All other texts are showing in the detailed bill except for this one

Are you viewing billed or unbilled SMS/MMS details in myAT&T? Do you have a single or multiline account? Is your account AT&T PREPAID?

I’m not sure. I’m looking at my present text data usage on my account. Not prepaid account.
Just curious because I know iMessages do not show but all other messages numbers and send/receive are showing up except one.
Maybe it was a message that failed to send
