Billing

I recently got wireless phone service with at&t and we already had Direct Tv. Now when I get on the app it has the Direct Tv portion of my bill but I can’t see the new Wireless phone bill on it. Also, the phone portion is on auto pay but the tv portion is not and both are due on different days. Shouldn’t it be combine and be seen on the app? I’m confused!!!

No, the bills are not combined unless you specifically request combined billing but we highly advise not to do that. Combined billing has many issues. In order to see your wireless bill too, you need to link your wireless account to your login. Instructions on how to link an account are here: https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1008925/
