BILLING DEPARTMENT EMAIL ADDRESS?
Last night I spent 4 hours trying to add a phone line, get a new phone, get insurance, and switch to a new plan... first I called my local store 15 minuets before they closed but nobody would answer so I went to att chat WELL THATS A HORRIBLE IDEA! Chat continuously disconnected me randomly and each time I would get a new person having to re explain once I got chat working again. Then finally I’m on chat with a person who knows what they’re doing he starts to do what I need got the plan changed but then once again while he’s trying to order my phone for my second line chat disconnects AGAIN, this was now the 3rd time and 3 hours later. I explained each time that I kept getting kicked off so this happens a 4th time then the 5th time the guy sends me to the prepaid department. Then they try to send me to customer service which is then closed. 6th person gets me a manager I’m thinking yes finally but NOPE he tells me he’s gonna help me puts me on hold and transfers me once again to closed customer service! Best part he didn’t even tell me he was transferring me and every person I talked to all 6 times I told them I kept getting disconnected and each time they all said if it happened they would call me back. Needless to say I’m very unhappy and I need to email billing and probably somewhere that will let me tell them about the poor customer service I recieved! I need to get this finished so I can avoid crazy prorated charges please someone help me. What is at&t billing department email address???
