BILLING DEPARTMENT EMAIL ADDRESS?

Last night I spent 4 hours trying to add a phone line, get a new phone, get insurance, and switch to a new plan... first I called my local store 15 minuets before they closed but nobody would answer so I went to att chat WELL THATS A HORRIBLE IDEA! Chat continuously disconnected me randomly and each time I would get a new person having to re explain once I got chat working again. Then finally I’m on chat with a person who knows what they’re doing he starts to do what I need got the plan changed but then once again while he’s trying to order my phone for my second line chat disconnects AGAIN, this was now the 3rd time and 3 hours later. I explained each time that I kept getting kicked off so this happens a 4th time then the 5th time the guy sends me to the prepaid department. Then they try to send me to customer service which is then closed. 6th person gets me a manager I’m thinking yes finally but NOPE he tells me he’s gonna help me puts me on hold and transfers me once again to closed customer service! Best part he didn’t even tell me he was transferring me and every person I talked to all 6 times I told them I kept getting disconnected and each time they all said if it happened they would call me back. Needless to say I’m very unhappy and I need to email billing and probably somewhere that will let me tell them about the poor customer service I recieved! I need to get this finished so I can avoid crazy prorated charges please someone help me. What is at&t billing department email address???

Sorry, ATT does not do customer support via email, there is no email address. The closest you can get to email is to use the private message feature of this forum and send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare.

Yes please contact me I am still having issues. I have many chat discussions saved and I want to submit them. The ones of poor service need to be addressed. I’m furious still no 2nd phone but the plan and line has finally been done.

I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years the only problem I’ve had is this last month when I wanted to order a phone, add a line, upgrade my plan and add insurance to new line. I don’t jus want customer service no I want to show the higher up ppl how my account has been handled and almost 30 days later I’m still having issues. So I’d say I’m very upset too.

Yes, and a private message to Support will have all that addressed.  They know who you have spoken to who failed you,,  we in the community do not.

AT&T (Edited per community guidelines). They do not do know how to resolve customers issues. I was calling them since last 2-3 months and everytime they send it different person and finally I get frustrated and drop the call. At&T please call me on my phone to resolve my billing issues otherwise I will send it to BBB. I am sick of this now.

@thulu you call them they dont call you, this is a customer forum and at&t doesnt read the forums also this is a 2 year old thread
