Bill dispute

Bill in dispute. AT&T was supposed to call back two weeks ago, a new bill arrived and NO PHONE CALL yet!. This is at an upper management level. I have made numerous calls regarding this bill. I expect some sort of resolution.

This forum is not customer support. You won’t get resolution here. Having a bill in dispute doesn’t stop a new bill. You can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
