Bad Taste

I have never been so disgusted with customer service in my life. I'm going into my second month having AT&T service and I've never been treated so badly and had to go through so much crap with SIM cards not working phones not connecting properly my first bill should have been 175 but it was $260 now I just get my phone shut off tonight because I set up a payment arrangement to pay it here in 3 days but yet the payment arrangement didn't post properly and my phone shut off. What does AT&T do to fix the problem, they charge me a $35 fee to turn my phone back on. Thanks at&t

I was on hold for almost 40 minutes tonight and finally... Nothing was resolved. New customer and extremely frustrated.
