Bad policy for correcting error
I have been thinking about switching to AT&T wireless but I recently had a conversation with a friend who is on your pre-paid plan (3 month, pay usage by the minute). He has been on that plan for 14 years and never missed a payment. He had over $130 in the account but missed the payment by one day. The best AT&T could do for him was give him $15 in his account and extend the period to a year instead of 3 months.
This sounds like a bad policy for an old customer who only missing his payment by one day. I guess I'll stay with my current wireless provider.
