Autopay payment did not go through

I had an autopay going on for over a year and only this month, the payment did not go through. I have no clue why as my credit card is still valid and active. I changed my payment method and was asked to pay the full $50 as against my usual $40 with autopay.

Hi, the same issue happened again and the autopay did not go through. I could not use the credit that I had last time as I was charged 10 dollars extra again.
