AT&T's and Asurion's inability to resolve phone return problem
My phone keeps getting deactivated because of AT&T's and Asurion's inability to resolve the simple matter of me returning a phone from an insurance claim. I returned the new phone because the lost phone was found. I have followed AT&T's instructions and still have endured my phone being deactivated every 2 weeks or so, and am being charged the $225 deductible even though I was told I would not have to if the phone was returned.
This problem has been going on for 7 weeks now - and no end is end sight!
