Hello, I made a mistake in the email address I received when I applied for ATT to unlock, but now it is still in the process of upgrading after 24 hours. What should I do? My IMEI is (Edited as per the community guidelines)

What kind of device are you trying to unlock?

 

When going back to the unlock portal past 48 business hours with the correct email are you still receiving an in progress notification?

I haven't been informed that the phone device I want to unlock is: iPhone XS Max IMEI:  (Edited as per community guidelines)
