AT&T Van Driver Complaint!
My husband was driving on the free way and a AT&T van was driving in front of him going on the 168 ramp going east and something flew from the AT&T van and cracked my windshields! My husband honked at him to pull over tried going to the side to get the guy to stop but he just kept on driving! I need to file a complaint! And are you guys going to cover my windshield repair!!?? I tried calling all these 800 numbers and they transfer me to all these different lines that can't even help me! I even called my local store that gave me the same number and they can't even help also!

The van driver probably had no idea anything was wrong or why you were honking, if he heard. It's going to be hard to evidence to anyone the cracked windshield is anyone's fault, let alone AT&T's, so that's why no one can "help" you.
You're probably just out of luck and will have to eat the cost. Same thing happened to me last year, as a matter of fact (but it wasn't an AT&T van). It stinks, but that's life.
You can file a BBB complaint. The BBB will forward it to the Office of the President (most likely) who will contact. If you're nice, they might help you out as an act of goodwill, especially if you're an AT&T customer. I wouldn't hold your breath, though.
