Cannot log into my att thanks app. Keeps saying cannot connect to server

Happy to help look into your App Connectivity! Please confirm what kind of device you are currently using to access your THANKS App. Is the App currently up to date? Are you getting any specific error codes when it states that you can't connect to the server?

Brand new iPhone 11 and it states “unable to connect to the server” please try again at a later time. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it twice. I ensured my location is on and tried using my att login info an my phone number. I even had a friend who is able to log in try with my info and same issue. It seems to be a common occurrence since I googled this. I tried calling support which wasn’t much help

@AT&T you guys are still useless with no resolution to this issue. Why even have an app that you can’t run properly with multiple people having the same issue but don’t respond or help
