generic ubuntu error messages, the app and the site haven't worked in months..

" no thanks" to this program !!!!! I spent a considerable amount of time yesterday trying to claim an offer. System gets overloaded and boots you out. Gateway error. Then after 4 hours it connects you with response " sorry, gift cards are sold out". What a scam. If AT and T really cared about thanking it's customers,  it would make this program easy to use, not impossible to claim a gift. Apparently Verizon has a similar program, but online postings show their system works. What a concept ! Get with it A T and T. I will be switching carriers, not only for this reason BTW , but this just put me over the edge !!!

  • Sent an email to customer service and they did call me back. But of course could'nt do anything but say " thank you for your feedback". The rep did admit there were major issues on Cyber Monday because they " just didn't expect so many customers trying to claim the gift ". Well. Hello ! When it6a $100 visa card I'd think there would be quite a few trying !!! She said there were thousands trying. This whole system is totally messed up, making the customer go through all this nonsense as " thanks". So why not get some smart marketing people to think up a different program that actually rewards the customer ?

Guys & Gals, ATT Customer Service is the worst in market. Better to go to another provider except them. I went to Sprint, very happy with service.
