my ATTThanks app and online site are not working for at least a year maybe more. I've called and been assured numerous times that they will fix it. Its still giving me the same authentication error. Not sure who or whom in charge of their network but they have some serious issues. 

" Uh oh. an error has occurred. Please check back later. Code 401 -ID: CustomerProfile-10010 Unable to retrieve all accounts."

This is what I've been getting no matter how many times I delete reinstall the app. Reset network on iPhone. Same issue if I try to use the ATTThanks online site.

Any help would be appreciated ...

Hey! I called a couple of weeks ago, was on hold/on the call for well over an hour...no resolution, but they filled out a problem ticket and “accelerated” the case and gave me a case number. That’s been like 2 weeks ago and they call every couple of days to say they “are working on it”. The number for that department is 866-790-1150. Maybe if everyone calls and does this, they will be forced to fix this!!!!

This doesn’t work - att thanks app on iPhone or even on laptop. I am eligible for rewards but I can’t order the ticket Tuesday’s. Very frustrating. I cleared cache etc but I get a msg that says safari cannot load the page due to too many redirects.

It literally took me about 3 months of being an “expedited case” with their troubleshooting. Seems the app has a problem with being combined with all accounts across the board....Directv, cell phone, internet, etc. They FINALLY got me fixed. Call the customer support and keep insisting that they escalate your case.

I keep getting an authentication error saying no accounts found when there is one. Work fine the past year but started having these issues around Christmas. Christmas and New years both fell on a tuesday so that was frustrating when the app stopped working. We were not able to redeem the ticket tuesday deals during those two major movie days.

As of a few days ago, the AT&T Thanks app for my cell has stopped working properly. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I logged in as directed. The app finally came up after over an hour (it would just spin) and now won't let me enter any of the contests displayed. The app keeps displaying an error that my authentication has expired. Lots of "test" images are now part of the app as well. What is going on with the app?

I have been trying to claim prizes through the AT &T thanks app. Everytime I try to claim a prize I get an error message or it says all the prizes have been claimed. I log on exactly at 11:59 or 12 noon est and I am still unable to claim prizes. I think A T &T just wants people to download the link and are not actually giving away prizes. I haven't seen one person comment that they actual were able to claim a prize.
