AT&T THANKS ®
Hello Community!
Happy Spring! I have been with AT&T for over a decade now, and have always been proud of our network, products, and the customer service we are able to provide. But what about rewarding our loyal customers? How are we continuing to expand how we say “Thanks” to the amazing people that make up this great community?
Introducing, AT&T THANKS!

Not a happy customer.Love my new Iphone se,but my concern was poor coverage where I live.(field test mode on my Iphone se at best is -111) I used chat on the ATT go phone web page where the gentleman assured me this phone would work on wifi calling. So I dropped my land line and bought the phone. The Iphone se does have wifi capability BUT not on the go phone network. Here I sit with no land line and poor service. We are in our 60s,my mother is 90 and now I can not be sure if an emergency call will go through. ATT gave me an extra gig of data and a break on my bill, nice but still have the problem. All I want is for ATT to give me a cell repeater so I can relax. P.S. There is a restaurant next door I can always tell who the ATT customers are because they all go outside to try and get better reception. Nice to know I am not alone.

I find it quite interesting that chat is available on the go phone page when you are buying but is unavailable after you buy.We are in our 60s and on a fixed income. We do not need all that stuff so a go phone is perfect for us.But being treated like a redheaded step child because we are a lower class customer is getting old fast.

Also, like so many seniors, my only income is Social Security. I live on $1,186 monthly. If only AT&T would offer a compassionate plan for low-income seniors. I'm not aware of any other carriers who do and it seems an obvious corporate good-deed marketing campaign. Astra Zeneca will pay for Nexuum if you can't afford it because the medication is essential. My cell phone is just as essential to me. In fact, without it, my life is at risk. Please help!

@Cowgirl101 Any cheap plan will let you call 911 (life at risk).
Even a disconnected phone (no plan) will let you call 911.
GoPhone (AT&T) has a 25 cents a minute plan OR a $2 a day plan if you don't use your phone regularly.
