ATT thanks APP

the app NEVER WORKS ON THE PHONE-- IT NEVER "authorizes" me as a user-- even changing passwords, updating app, etc-- 

so IT IS USELESS. 

IF YOU CANNOT EVEN GET A SIMPLE APP TO WORK ON MY AT&T PHONE AND SERVICE, WHY WOULD I BOTHER TRUSTING YOU AS A COMPANY, EXCEPT THAT YOU WILL OBVIOUSLY ALWAYS DEMAND HIGHER FEES ON EVERYTHING AS WELL AS NOT PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS FOR NEW DIGITAL PLATFORMS (HBO MAX VS AMAZON AND ROKU??? NOOO- VERY UGLY OF YOU AS A COMPANY)--- 

SADLY- YOUR 'CONTACT' PAGE IS RIDUICULOUSLY UNFRIENDLY AND DISENGAGED (YEAH, IT DEFINITELY LOOKS LIKE YOU FIRED A LOT OF REAL PEOPLE TO MINIMIZE SALARIES AND PUSH YOUR CUSTOMERS TO LESS CUSTOMER SERVICE)--- SO I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO MAKE THIS NICE AND PUBLIC HERE.

 

SO BEFORE YOU GO BUYING ANOTHER COMPANY, MERGING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, CLAIMING THAT YOUR 5G LAUNCH WOULD HAVE HAPPENED BY NOW, ETC ETC ------ 

 

GET A GRIP AND FIX THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE FIRST.
