At&t support complaint
I am very upset the way my account has been handled stating from the agents at the store to the representatives and supervisors with the support line. It’s been months and my “escalation” has not been resolved. I am getting billed for phones and services I do not have and it is now in collections which I hope it does not affect my credit. I have been on the phone for hours, at the store for hours, and this is all just stressful and frustrating! I need to file a complaint but most importantly get this bill resolved. On my current At&t account I also feel overcharged and I been with At&t many years now. I wish I could get some sort of credit with all this stress and time wasted they are causing me. Where do I file complaints?
