AT&T Smart Label Tracking Issue
The other day, I received a text message reminder from AT&T to return my damaged device in the next 3 days. Can someone please assist in this matter as it's been over a week and I will be very upset if I end up getting charged for a phone that I returned using the exact instructions that I was given when the replacment phone arrived.
Has anyone else experienced this same issues? If yes, how did you resolve your issue?
