AT&T Smart Label Tracking Issue

Hello,
I returned my damaged phone per the instructions from AT&T, with a prepaid label on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, via USPS.  I have been checking the tracking at: www.tracking.smartlabel.com per my instructions.  It's now been 9 days and still no information on the tracking website.  I'm growing very concerned as to why the website keeps telling me "No tracking information found for the following tracking value: 61096....."

 

The other day, I received a text message reminder from AT&T to return my damaged device in the next 3 days. Can someone please assist in this matter as it's been over a week and I will be very upset if I end up getting charged for a phone that I returned using the exact instructions that I was given when the replacment phone arrived.  

 

Has anyone else experienced this same issues?  If yes, how did you resolve your issue?

I would be concerned also.
Start making calls, hopefully you will get an answer.

I guess it just took a really long time to be registered in their system.  It's now listed on the tracking website.  Thanks for the help.

I my self returned my damaged phone via the instruction for the AT&T, with the prepaid label on July 7 2021. My USPS mail carrier pick up the return. I have been checking the tracking at the web site www.tracking.smartlabel.com .There has been no information about my returned package. I have received a phone call about the return and I stated to the AT&T person that I mailed the package 7-7-2021.  Now on our Sept 2021 statement it show that we are now to paid for the phone $650.00 Plus tax..... We have been with AT&T for over 17years and have paid for insurance for years REALLY now they want to pay for a phone that I returned per instruction. Nobody at AT&T , Asurion or the Post Office can help me

Same here. The tracking number provided on my return label is invalid. I just dropped it off in the box at USPS and it ceased to exist from there. Nobody knows what happened but it never shipped.

$650 added to bill. Talked to AT&T and they said the charge would be removed. WHEW! I will always get a receipt with future postage
