ATT scam, No one returns calls, or promises.
Longtime >decade customer and have been told I would get call back several times last time was from the "loyalty dept" never hear a thing, called back and was told I would personally receive a call back at 1 pm last Thursday ( a time I was specifically given), again nothing. Today called for the 5th time, now I have been "upgraded to the "intensive care dept", this is from George with his employee number pf JQ4161 (is that even real?), who was very reassuring like everyone I have spoken with. but also said, he would put in a request for the ICU to call, but could not make any guarantees...this is nuts. Single mom that is trying to get answers about what I was told and what I have been given re: billing. This is an unacceptable treatment of anyone, but especially for someone with as long of use as I have with ATT. Alison on . Unreal how I have been treated and misled.
