Okay, what about your prepaid account? We're not mind readers here, we're fellow customers, just like you.
You need to provide more info on what's going on and we might be able to offer some help.
Again, this is a peer-to-peer forum, and while AT&T does have a team present here, it's a small team that doesn't monitor the forums 24/7.
Hey, this was the first time I was trying to get answers from att people, and the last thing I need is you telling me that I am not doing " this right" lol lol, I was a having a hard time.
How can we improve?
