AT&T representative left threatening voicemail
My family spoke to Steve from Utah today in regards to starting a plan. When my brother told Steve he would need to speak to his wife before making a decision, Steve called back and left a threatening voicemail. In the voicemail, which I can provide if needed, Steve tells my brother that doesn’t know him and doesn’t know his job, and that he is hiding behind his wife. Steve also accuses them of lying. When they contacted customer service, they were told nothing could be done because they are not customers. It is Absolutely disturbing that AT&T would employ such an unstable aggressive and a high-risk employee. His customer service is beyond horrible to the point where he is calling prospective customers and harassing them and threatening them. What can be done about this representative Threatening and harassing my family? [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]

Did they call your brother originally? If so, it likely wasn't AT&T. 260 area codes are in northeast Indiana, not Utah.
