ATT Next Upgrade to Galaxy S6?

I want to be able to upgrade to the Galaxy S6. I currently have AT&T Next and I will be able to upgrade at the S6 launch date. However, my device is part of a business account that I am not the owner of. Am I able to just walk in and upgrade the device? Or do I need my boss (the owner of the account) to come in with me? Also if I want to upgrade to the Galaxy S6 Edge, would I be able to? Or does it not count as an upgrade if it costs more than my original phone?

I'm sure business accounts work similar to consumer accounts in that you would need to be a Retail Authorized User on the account to go into the store to upgrade, but don't quote me on that.

As far as the actual upgrade, an upgrade is an upgrade because what will happen is you'll trade your current phone in and your current Next Installment plan will be counted as complete and then restart a brand new installment plan with the new device.
