AT&T next iPhone return nightmare
Why is it I have had to spend hours and hours to try and fix a billing issue that is AT&T’s fault for an iPhone I returned almost 3 months ago under the “next” program? Issue is still unresolved and this has become the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Every rep says they see where the issue is and they are opening a case to get it resolved but nothing ever happens. I don’t understand why AT&T does not care about their loyal customers.
