ATT Next Every Year return phone label never created

Hello,

I preordered 5 iPhones from Best Buy this year. All 5 iPhones were available for pickup on release day.

At the register for pickup, none of the return shipping labels printed due to an error. I did receive an email with a shipping label for 2 of the 5 iPhones, and I was able to login to MyBestBuy to print those 2 same labels as well.

For 3 of the 5 phones, I did not receive shipping labels, ever. This has been an ongoing issue since the day that I received the phones.I have spent countless hours on both chat and the phone with AT&T employees. I have been unable to return these phones through AT&T Next because return labels (RMA) were never created and provided to me. I have continually contacted AT&T on this matter, but have had little to no help. I had finally (thought I) made progress and got ahold of an employee that could help, but I was entirely unable to understand the employee on the phone. The employee called me back 3 days in a row and said that he/she would call me back the next day but I never heard back, and this was about a week ago.

I am at my wits end with this issue. I have done everything in my power to contact AT&T for help, but every employee keeps telling me, "they do not know what happened, but good luck." I understand that "my return my device date has passed," but this was entirely out of my hands, and I have done everything in my power to try and get help from AT&T. From this experience, I am extremely beaten and frustrated... I will now be getting billed for 3 iPhone Xs Max 256GB phones that I was unable to return.

If any employee here can provide ANY help, that would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you.

this has nothing to do with at&t and everything to do with best buy and you should contact them as they dropped the ball with the labels and setting up your next echange

I have contacted Best Buy (used to work in Mobile) and the phones were properly activated, but there was a break somewhere and shipping labels were never created. Best Buy told me to contact AT&T, and AT&T told me to contact Best Buy.

And even if Best Buy can "figure out what happened," AT&T still won't 'accept' the phones now that the return policy has ended. So I would require help from AT&T to get this taken care of from the back-end to allow them to be accepted for returns on AT&T Next.

Best Buys beast replacement is not working right all the time.  And yes you will need someone to take care of this that works for ATT..  I suggest you file a FCC complaint since no one will help you..  Then someone from the office of the president will call you.
