How do I get in my att  account if it is locked

A locked account generally occurs after several unsuccessful attempts to gain access. After an hour, you're more than welcome to try and regain access simply by following these steps.

I am very dissatisfied with the AT&T service.

I stay in Dubai and went to USA in May 2021 and got an account. While selling the card it was clearly told to us that when I leave the USA and do not use the account it will get disconnected automatically, and I should settle only for that particular monthly cycle.

Although I left the USA on 31st August 2021 I kept getting bills for Oct and Nov 2021.

My daughter first called them telling them that I had left the USA and they should stop further billing. She was told that no one else can give such instructions except the account holder.

I called AT&T helpline from Dubai, talked for about half-hour on an international call with different persons and requested them to check their records to confirm that I had not used the telephone from 1st Sept 2021, and that they should change the bills accordingly.

None of the persons could do anything (they were not authorised) and the supervisor did not come on the line. The problem was unresolved.

Now I have received a Final notice threatening that an outside collecting agency will be put on the job. Total disaster.

Now, under protest, I will pay the extra charges for 2 months.

I don't think I will ever go to AT&T again for any services in my future visits.
