I've been trying to contact them for a while now and it just keeps putting me on hold. Is there another way to contact them? The email says I need to verify my employment but I gave a copy of my paystub while I was at the AT&T store

I am trying to reach the IRU verification team, and the number I was given is no longer in service 866 482 4608.  Also the 611 number does not have their contact info. How can I reach them?

Is there a link or email or phone number to call?  I have tried customer service several times, 2 phone numbers they gave me and also 611.  Our military discount seems to be in place on our bill, but I continue to get emails with no contact info, that they need more info, or it has been cancelled.  I have also been back to our store, but they say it is all in order.  Where do I verify this without starting over at the militarysavings link?

If you're seeing the discount on your billing then you're already enrolled and no further action is necessary.

 

You would verify your information before the discount is applied. Your verification and enrollment is processed online or in stores.

 

With some additional details, we can further investigate why you're receive a email asking for verification:

  • When you enrolled for the discount, did you ever receive a email notification stating the enrollments complete?
  • Also, are there any other specific details provided in the email?

There shouldn't be any additional information you need to provide if you're currently receiving the discount. If there is, an AT&T store can assist you with that. Given a AT&T store has confirmed with you that everything is in order, you should be fine.
