AT&T Fraud Department, waiting to long

My account was charged for $1762.78 this month. We did not upgrade any new phones. However, on the bills, it showed that we bought two Iphone X and one Iphone 8 plus in this month. I have called the fraud department but was put on hold for 2 hours. After the long wait, the record just told me that the department is not open for service till tomorrow morning. Please help me find the right place to solve this problem.
