ATT Employee and Retiree self service website
I have been trying for 5 days to get the ATT retiree discount applied to a new cell number I added to my account at Christmas. No one on the phone or chat can handle it and the AT&T Employee and Retiree Discount Self-Service Site website (www.att.com/dep/login) has been down for 5 days. It gives an error message of "temporarily" having a problem- see below. Is there a phone number or someone to help fix this problem.
